It's run by three women in Raleigh, NC and I had the chance to meet them in person when I participated in an art show in Raleigh last spring. I hope you find some great papers to order! Happy bookbinding!Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08216749771572377014noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4799428300275952132.post-88346070147832260672012-03-02T07:21:28.195-05:002012-03-02T07:21:28.195-05:00What a beautiful book! I'm really glad that I was able to find more of the dotted papers too. I really love them! I try to keep a wide variety of papers in my studio at any given time, but because of this I often have smaller quantities of each and I'm always sad to run out of a favorite choice.

Have you made anything yet from the Indian paper you purchased? Let me know when you do. I'd love to see it!Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08216749771572377014noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4799428300275952132.post-21393646881067680272012-02-28T16:40:20.795-05:002012-02-28T16:40:20.795-05:00What a lovely project, Katie. Gorgeous book - love the gold lokta paper (I wonder if they sell that in UK...).
I also like to use contrast paper for dust-wraps / guards round each section - it can add an extra dimension to a book and give it a real lift, making it extra-special.

Glad you were able to find more supplies of this paper design (and in other colours!). I bought a couple of sheets of a lovely Indian paper, a long way from home, in Gloucestershire. Had only 1 sheet of each and now have almost none left. I would love to get some more, but can't find it. One day I will learn to buy more than one sheet!!

I love this teal and gold combi - it really is a special book.Lizziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11918211625453430621noreply@blogger.com
